The 3rd international sebaceous gland and acne congress will focus on recent studies on basic researches, clinical researches, treatment and new techniques in Pilosebaceous gland, Acne, Rosacea and other related disorders. 1. 注冊費包括：會議費、資料費及餐費。
2.2016年7月20日之前未向會務組提交注冊表和匯款憑證，或只提交注冊表但未繳納會議費的代表請直接到現場報到注冊。
取消注冊與退款規定：已交費代表若取消注冊和住宿預訂，請以傳真方式書面通知會務組，會務組將按照規定在會后通過郵局辦理退款。取消注冊說明：根據規定，2016年7月20日前提交取消注冊申請的，扣除匯款的10% 作為手續費，退還余款；7月20日后提交取消注冊申請的則不予退款，敬請諒解。

登陸會議網站：http://www.icsgad.com ，完整填寫注冊信息（網絡不便者可填寫本通知所附的《回執表》），按照要求填寫完整后于2016年7月20日前通過傳真或郵寄的方式遞交至會務組。每張注冊表僅限注冊一人，表格復印有效。
2. 注冊確認函
會務組收到注冊表及匯款憑證復印件20個工作日內向您的電子郵箱發出“注冊確認函”，對注冊情況予以確認。如果您于會前未收到“注冊確認函”，請聯系我們。
3. 現場報到
注：參會時，請您憑大會發放的“注冊確認函”前往上海賓館（上海靜安區烏魯木齊北路505號）1層注冊區報到、領取會議資料，并辦理住宿手續。若會前未收到“注冊確認函”或因匯款未到賬，則請務必攜帶匯款憑證前往辦理相關報到手續。
